Return/Refund Policy

Customer Satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product or service, please contact our customer service department to resolve the matter and / or provide an authorization for return or credit.

All returns require a Return Authorization number to be issued prior to being returned. Returned products must be in new condition, include original packaging and contents, and be received within 25 days of the date invoiced.

We reserve the right to refuse to return items that do not meet the above criteria, or charge a 25% restocking fee for damaged, incomplete, or otherwise non-conforming returns. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number issued by Functional Ergonomics or when a manufacturers or distributors return policy supercedes ours.

If shipping the returns, all courier and freight charges are at the cost and responsibility of the client.

Customers must contact product manufacturers directly when warranties apply. However, we will assist you however we can through that process.

Unfortunately, we are unable to return / refund custom orders, large quantity or bulk orders, used items, and non-stock items.
